Consumer-Driven Products. Morey's approaches product development with consumers' palates in mind. New products are designed based upon extensive consumer feedback and analysis of consumer trends. Our new marinated seafood line was designed and tested by consumers. We conducted numerous focus groups, visiting markets throughout the country, talking to restaurant patrons about their seafood likes, dislikes and wishes. This allowed us to develop a truly consumer-driven, presentation-perfect line of products.
