
Cooking Instructions
THAWING - Thaw in the refrigerator overnight. To quick thaw, place salmon (in its clear pouch) in cool water for 20-30 minutes. Use immediately upon quick thaw.
COOKING TIPS - For bolder flavor, pour all of the marinade in clear pouch over salmon. Cooked salmon will flake with a fork and have an opaque appearance when fish is done.
GRILL - Remove thawed salmon from clear pouch and place on grill. After 5 min., turn salmon over and grill an additional 5-10 min.
BAKE - Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove thawed salmon from clear pouch and place in baking pan. Bake 15-22 min.
MICROWAVE - Remove thawed salmon from clear pouch and place in microwave safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap, venting at corner. Heat 5-8 min. Rotate dish halfway through cooking time.
