New 2015 US Dietary Guidelines

The newly released 2015 U.S. Department of Agriculture‘s Dietary Guidelines for Americans (DGA), has placed a strong emphasis on the importance of eating more seafood. The DGA recommends eating at least 8 oz. of seafood per week for improved health.
