While many people enjoy eating fish, many people don't eat fish because they are not sure of how to properly cook fish. Here at Morey's we work hard to ensure our product is easy to prepare to help relieve the fears often associated with cooking fish. We have easy to follow, step-by-step instructions for each species along with several methods to prepare fish. An important tip to remember is that the recommended internal temperature of cooked fish should be 145°F. When testing temperature of fish, place thermometer in thickest portion of fish.
