Cooking Marinated Mahi Mahi

Preparation:
To cook from thawed, remove from clear pouch and thaw under refrigeration overnight.

Remove from plastic pouch and place flat side down. For microwave or oven preparation place in microwave or oven safe dish. Follow cooking times below.

Bake
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Thawed:  Bake fillet(s) 15 - 18 min. in center of oven.
Frozen:  Bake fillet(s) 28 - 32 min. in center of oven.
Tip:  For ease in clean-up when baking, use a foil lined baking pan.

Grill
Place, flat side down, on med-high grill.
Thawed:  After 5 min., turn Mahi Mahi over and grill an 5-10 min.
Frozen:   After 8 min., turn Mahi Mahi over and grill an additional 10-14 min.
Tip:  Place aluminum foil on grill rack and spray lightly with cooking oil to keep fish from sticking and breaking apart.

Microwave
Cover microwave safe dish loosely with paper towel.  
Thawed:  Cook on high 2 - 3 min.
Frozen:   Cook on high 3 - 4 min.
After cooking, let stand in microwave 1-2 min., carefully remove.
