Preparation:
To cook from thawed, place salmon in refrigerator overnight. To quick thaw, place salmon (in its clear pouch) in cool water for 20-30 min. Use immediately upon quick thaw.
Remove from plastic pouch and place skin side down. For microwave or oven preparation place in microwave or oven safe dish. Follow cooking times below.
Bake
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Thawed: Bake fillet(s) 15 - 18 min. in center of oven.
Frozen: Bake fillet(s) 28 - 32 min. in center of oven.
Tip: For ease in clean up when baking, use a foil lined baking pan.
Grill
Place, flat side down, on med-high grill.
Thawed: After 5 min., turn salmon over and grill an additional 5-10 min.
Frozen: After 8 min., turn salmon over and grill an additional 10-14 min.
Tip: Place aluminum foil on grill rack and spray lightly with cooking oil to keep fish from sticking and breaking apart.
Microwave
Cover microwave safe dish loosely with paper towel.
Thawed: Cook on high 2 - 3 min.
Frozen: Cook on high 3 - 4 min.
After cooking, let stand in microwave 1-2 min., carefully remove.
