Salmon and Fried Rice

  • 2 fillets Morey’s Marinated Sweet Glaze Salmon, cooked and flaked
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 3 eggs
  • Soy Sauce


Bake salmon in oven; while salmon is baking, cook brown rice and set aside. In small saucepan, boil carrots 4 min. Add peas and boil 1 min. Drain. Set aside. heat sauté pan, large skillet or wok to medium high heat. Add peas, carrots, garlic and green onions. Stir until evenly coated with oil. Add eggs into pan and stir briskly until eggs is cooked. Add rice and salmon, stir, shake in soy sauce to taste and stir until well combined.
