Salmon Pasta Salad

Ingredients: 
3-4 Morey's marinated salmon fillets
black pepper to taste
1 cup mozzarella cheese – cut into thin strips
1 pint cherry tomatoes – cut in half
½ cup chopped parsley
½ teaspoon dill weed
8 ounces fusilli – cooked, drained and cooled
2 cloves garlic – minced
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon grated lemon peel
¼ cup lemon juice
8 ounces macaroni
½ cup olive oil
2 cups sliced cucumber
Instructions: 

Heat sauté pan for 2 minutes, then add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.  Sear salmon fillets on each side for 2 to 3 minutes.  Flake salmon.  Toss flaked salmon with remaining ingredients in large serving bowl.  Toss with lemon dressing and serve.  (Lemon dressing:  Whisk together lemon juice, lemon peel and remaining olive oil until well combined.)
