Gluten Free!
Morey’s currently offers several varieties of ready-to-cook seafood entrees that are gluten free, as well as gluten free smoked fish. See our products section for more information on which products are gluten free. If you have any questions regarding our products please contact us.

Carbohydrates
Morey’s fish and seafood products are a perfect fit for a diet low in carbs. Morey’s products are naturally high in protein and have limited amounts of carbohydrates. Be sure to check out the products section for detailed nutrition information.

No Trans Fats
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) warns that “intake of trans fats should be as low as possible”. Morey’s ready-to-cook Seafood Line (Salmon, Tilapia, Shrimp, Cod and Mahi Mahi) uses only canola oil, olive oil, and eliminates trans fat. All Morey’s products are trans fat free!
