- 1 package (4.5oz) Moreyﾒs smoked salmon any variety, skinned and flaked
- 1 container (4oz) spreadable onion and chive cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh dill or 1 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1 package (8oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 Tbsps. capers, drained
Heat oven to 375° F. Combine salmon, cream cheese, and dill in a bowl. Pat out dough on lightly floured surface into 14 x 9 inch rectangle. Pinch perforations closed. Spread salmon mixture over pastry; sprinkle with capers. Roll pastry lengthwise; pinch seam to seal. Cut into half inch thick slices and place on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 375° F for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
